Editor-in-Chief – Daniel Restifo
Daniel is a senior, double majoring in biology and philosophy. He plans on attending medical school following his undergraduate studies. This is his third year with the Fordham Undergraduate Research Journal.
Managing Editor – Anders Papritz
Anders is a senior pursuing a Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Management. Anders also serves as the President of the Leadership Society at Fordham and conducts research in business strategy as a Research Assistant at the Gabelli School of Business.
Peer Review Editor – Yianni Flouskakos
Yianni is a sophomore majoring in Integrative Neuroscience. He has conducted independent original research on the behavioral and physiological effects of sugar on the brain and presented his findings at competitions at the regional, state, and national levels, coming in first place in his category at the New York State Science and Engineering Fair. Yianni hopes to continue investigating the intricacies of the brain and its role in human behavior.
Peer Review Editor – Onjona Hossain
Onjona is a sophomore double majoring in Biological Sciences and Philosophy with premed concentrations. Onjona is also an active member of International Samaritan, MAPS, and FUEMS. Between classes, Onjona spends most of her time doing HPV research, working in the library, tutoring high school students, and volunteering.
Book Review Editor – Kelly Sullivan
Kelly is a senior from Tarrytown, NY, majoring in English and minoring in Marketing. Kelly loves to read and travel, and spent the previous spring semester studying abroad in London.
News Editor – Elizabeth Carr
Liz is a junior double majoring in Communication and Culture and International Political Economy. Aside from FURJ, Liz is an active member in Fordham’s Global Outreach service and immersion program, where she has served as a member on both domestic and international teams. She also works as a videographer at Fordham’s campus radio station, WFUV.
Copy Editor for Content – Teddy Schoneman
Teddy is a sophomore majoring in Economics and minoring in Philosophy. He enjoys golfing, hiking, and doing Rubix cubes.
John Franke is a sophomore from Kansas City, Missouri, majoring in psychology, minoring in Classical Civilizations, and is currently on the Pre-Medicine track. He is a part of the Rose Hill Honors Program and has a passion for undergraduate research and the presentation of that research.
